About Gravy Mods

The mods are BepInEx 5 plugins for SimplePlanes 2. They're released as compiled DLLs in zip files, free to download and use. Every mod is its own DLL, so you install only the ones you want, and no mod needs another one.

The Gravy Mod Menu ties them together: a lavender button in the flight MENU opens one panel with a tab for each installed mod, plus extra game settings.

• Sound Barrier: A vapor cone around Mach 1 and a sonic boom when jets pass you.
• Extreme Weather: Snow, blizzards, tornadoes, hurricanes and tsunamis on demand.
• Sea Traffic: Cargo ships, carrier groups, ferries and small boats, plus lit harbours.
• Night Traffic: Car lights at night, low-poly cars by day, street lights and lit trains.
• Airport Lights: Runway, approach and PAPI lights for the airfields SP2 leaves dark.
• Upscaling: Sharper upscaling with AMD FSR 1, plus a finer render-scale setting.
• Tree Distance: Forests that reach the horizon, using the game's own tree impostors.
• Ambient Sounds: Waves, gulls, city hum, crickets and wind, depending on where you are.
• Birds: Flocks of gulls, crows, starlings and pigeons that scatter from aircraft.
• Space: The sky turns to space from about 18 km up, and jets flame out.
• Walkable Craft: Walk around inside a craft while it flies.
• Passenger Seats: Sit in passenger seats, including in other players' crafts.
• More Players: Raise the multiplayer player cap, up to 100.

Every mod is made to be safe to use online. World-changing features are single player or host only, and nothing touches other players' crafts.

Multiplayer is still experimental. Walkable Craft and Passenger Seats work well online; the other mods run in multiplayer but still have bugs there. How each mod behaves online
